The Kiwi Internet Voicemail gives you full control over how you set up and access your voicemail messages, no matter where you are.
Features
- Turn off your voicemail call diversions – Makes it so callers never reach the voicemail.
- Call diversion timer – Time in seconds before callers are sent to voicemail.
- Send a copy of my voicemail messages to the following email address – Sends a copy of the voicemail to the entered email address.
- Send me an SMS when I have a new voicemail to the following mobile number – Sends a text message to the entered number when a voicemail is left. (charges apply)
- Send callers to a different mailbox number – Sends callers once the diversion timer is reached to another number’s voicemail service.
Quick Guide:
Set up your Voicemail Service
- Log in at https://voip.kiwiinternet.co.nz/.
- Go to Cloud PBX > Select Number.
- Navigate to Inbound Calls > Voicemail Service.
- Configure the Features you wish to be used for your voicemail.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

Set up your Voicemail Message
- Log in at https://voip.kiwiinternet.co.nz/.
- Go to Cloud PBX > Select Number.
- Navigate to Inbound Calls > Voicemail Service.
- Press Click here to record your Voicemail UNAVAILABLE message now to record your voicemail unavailable message.
- Press Click here to record your Voicemail BUSY message now to record your voicemail busy message.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

- Upload a prerecorded voicemail message under Voicemail unavailable recording and Voicemail busy recording.
