Now available is Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams. Cloud Calling for Teams maximises the value of your Teams service by enabling external voice connectivity from within Microsoft Teams. Enabling external calling within your Microsoft Teams environment requires no investment in equipment and poses no downtime risk to your business. Your existing enterprise phone numbers can easily be ported to the cloud platform ensuring customer continuity. With the Teams app, users can make voice over IP calls from Teams client to Teams client. With the Microsoft 365 Phone System, and Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams, users can make, receive and transfer calls to and from landlines and mobile phones on the public switched telephone network.
Features include full featured dialing capabilities, call history, hold/resume, speed dial, transfer, forwarding, caller ID masking, extension dialing, multi-call handling, simultaneous ringing, voicemail, as well as all our other existing Cloud PBX call features.

Teams Setup Cost

  • Single Line DDI + Trunk – $20 + GST per month per DDI. (give 2 concurrent calls, if more needed price separately)
  • Teams calling licence – $12.90 + GST per month per DDI.
  • *One-Off Teams’ integration cost – $10 + GST per month per DDI or extension.

    • *Cost is applied to customers who do not have an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.

Total Costing: Teams Calling Setup – $32.90 + GST per month per line + Microsoft 365 License. *The Microsoft 365 License will need to be at least a Microsoft 365 Business License; it cannot be a Family or Personal License.
