I only have inactive SIMS, do I Need to do Anything?

If you only have inactive SIMS on your account we still need to send you replacement SIMs

We need to replace any SIMS that you have ordered but not activated yet so you will need to provide us with your courier address so we can get these sent out to you.

Once you receive your new SIMs you will need to use one of them if you wish to activate a Kiwi Internet mobile service as the current service with your previous provider will stop working.

If you no longer require your inactive SIMs let us know and we will update our records.
