To roam with Kiwi Internet mobile you will need to set up your device APN to access roaming data

To enable roaming on your phone, you will need to request it by logging a support ticket before your travel. By doing so, you can ensure that roaming is enabled and you can stay connected while abroad.

Here’s how to enable Roaming on your Phone



Android

  • First turn on Data Roaming
  • Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Data Roaming (on)
  • Then set up the 2Degrees Roaming APN
  • Connections -> Mobile networks -> internet (edit) -> APN ‘radiostar’
    • Make sure to change the APN value from ‘internet’ to ‘radiostar’ and not the APN name itself.

iPhone

  • First turn on Data Roaming
  • Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Options -> Roaming (on)
  • Then set up the 2Degrees Roaming APN
  • Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Network -> Mobile Data (edit) -> APN -> ‘radiostar’
    • Make sure to change the APN value from ‘internet’ to ‘radiostar’ and not the APN name itself.
